Executive Jobs

Browse current C-suite, senior leadership, and board-level openings placed by Executive-Recruiters.com. Our listings span every major industry and U.S. geography, and include both publicly posted searches and selectively shared confidential mandates. All engagements are employer-paid and run with strict candidate confidentiality.

The current job board is updated as new searches launch. If you do not see a fit today, submit your profile to be considered for future and confidential opportunities. Many of the executives we place were first introduced to us months — sometimes years — before the right role surfaced.

Browse by Role Type

Our active and upcoming searches are organized across the following executive role types:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — Top strategic leader responsible for vision, growth, and board accountability.
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Drives operational execution, scaling, and cross-functional performance.
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — Owns financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations, and reporting.
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Leads technology vision, engineering organization, and product architecture.
  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) — Shapes talent strategy, culture, total rewards, and organizational design.
  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Owns brand, demand generation, market positioning, and revenue marketing.
  • VP-Level Leaders — Functional VPs across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product.
  • Director-Level Leaders — Senior managers leading business units, regions, or core functions.

For each role type we maintain an active candidate network of qualified, pre-screened executives. If you are open to selective opportunities at one of these levels, we want to know about you — even before a specific role is in market.

What Makes Executive Jobs Different

Searching for an executive role is fundamentally different from a mid-career job hunt. The pool of relevant openings is small, most strong opportunities are never posted publicly, and the conversation involves comp structures — equity, bonus, severance, change-of-control protection — that require careful navigation. Working with an executive search firm gives you visibility into searches that are running off-market, structured preparation for each interview round, and a professional negotiating on your behalf when the offer arrives.

Executive-Recruiters.com works exclusively at the senior leadership level. Our consultants understand the difference between a director-level move and a true VP-level step up, between a fractional CFO mandate and a full-time controller-to-CFO promotion, and between a board observer seat and a voting director role. That fluency translates into better calibration, better preparation, and stronger outcomes for candidates we represent.

How to Apply

The application process is designed to respect your time and protect your confidentiality.

  1. Submit your profile. A current resume plus a brief note on what you are open to — function, geography, comp range, timeline, and any non-negotiables. PDF format preferred.
  2. Initial conversation. If your background aligns with active or anticipated mandates, a consultant will reach out for a 30-minute introduction call. There is no obligation and no profile sharing without your consent.
  3. Per-opportunity consent. When a specific role is a strong fit, we will share the search brief with you first. Your profile is only forwarded to the employer after you have reviewed the opportunity and explicitly agreed.
  4. Structured process. If you advance, we coordinate every interview, prepare you with detailed briefs, and provide structured debriefs after each round. We negotiate the offer on your behalf and stay engaged through your start date.

Confidentiality is a core operating principle. We will never contact your current employer, list your name in a market scan, or share your profile speculatively. If you have specific employers you do not want to be presented to, tell us up front and we will honor that list.

FAQ

How do I apply for an executive role confidentially?

Every application submitted through Executive-Recruiters.com is held in strict confidence. Your profile is never shared with an employer without your explicit consent on a per-opportunity basis. We recommend submitting a current resume and a short note on what you are open to — function, geography, comp range, and timeline.

What seniority levels are listed?

Our job listings span Director, VP, SVP, and full C-suite roles, plus interim executive and board director engagements. We do not list individual contributor or junior roles. If a search is fully confidential, it will not appear publicly — contact us directly to be considered for off-market opportunities.

Do I need to be actively looking to engage?

No. Most senior executives we place were not in active job search mode when we first connected. We maintain long-running relationships with leaders who want to be aware of selective opportunities. Submit your profile and we will reach out only when the fit is genuinely strong.

How long does the executive interview process take?

Most executive interview processes run four to eight weeks from initial conversation to signed offer. This includes screening, two to four rounds of client interviews, structured references, and offer negotiation. We coordinate scheduling and provide structured debriefs at every stage.

Are there fees for candidates?

No. Executive-Recruiters.com is fully employer-paid. Candidates never pay a fee at any stage of the process — for application, interviews, placement, or relocation support.
